Mailed Product Refunds: No refunds are allowed but exchanges are permitted on items received damaged or defective. If a shea butter container, photo, clothing item is received by you as damaged (unless purchased used as is), you must mail the item back. Email a photo of the package and damaged item together to email@example.com , before you return the item(s). Upon inspection and confirmation of damage, a replacement item will be remailed, if available. If the item is found to be defective from the manufacturer, First Class shipping will be reimbursed via online refund.
